Chakra cleansing
As a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner I’ve been studying and practicing New Thought principles of living for the past 10 years, along with Reiki healing and chakra cleansing. I’ve known I am an empath ever since I was a child. I grew up in California, and in 1988 I moved north to attend college at the University of Washington. I fell in love with the Pacific Northwest so much that after 30+ years, I'm still proud to call this beautiful state my home. I also love travel and learning about world cultures and religions, and believe that my soul's purpose is Divinely guided towards helping people experience ultimate joy, find their truth, and live life to the fullest expression of Universal love and oneness.
I am passionate about dedicating my time and energy to spiritual development and growth, and assisting people on their spiritual journey as we walk each along this path on Earth and beyond. My daily spiritual practice includes sitting and walking meditation, exploring New Thought principles, and facilitating Reiki energetic healing. I offer services that include chakra cleansing, Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki and crystal singing bowl sound therapy. I offer individualized in-person and distance healing sessions, which are sacred spiritually-guided experiences with you at the center of the healing process. My aim is to authentically help my clients with energetic healing, chakra tuning, and spiritual guidance.
My rate is $85 per 50-minute session and $130 per 90-minute session: I also offer a package of 4 (four) 50-minute sessions for a discounted rate of $270 (20% savings). Sessions may be used for Holy Fire Reiki, Chakra healing/clearing, and sound bath therapy. Session packages must be used within 8 weeks of purchase.
As a affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training, a professional Reiki association that features a code of ethics and professional standards of practice, I agree to abide by their ICRT Reiki Membership Association Agreement.
Energy balancing

Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes spiritual and physical healing. Reiki is a Lifeforce Energy. Its source comes from Universal love and compassion. We are all made of energy, energy is in us and is all around us. By using this Lifeforce energy we can raise our internal vibrations needed for maintaining good health. What being attuned to Reiki means is that I am a vessel for this Universal Lifeforce energy to flow through. Reiki has so many benefits: building immunity, healing past traumas, and healing of all kinds (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). The list is endless.
Holy Fire® Reiki is a unique type of Reiki energy and a system of Reiki healing based on Holy Fire® energy. Holy Fire® energy has been active in the world since ancient times. This is a stronger healing energy that the traditional Usui Reiki and is guided by a level of consciousness that has evolved in the Universe since Usui Reiki was created. In enables distance Reiki to be transmitted more quickly and with focused precision towards sending healing energy to all beings around the world instantaneously.
Reiki is not based on any religion, it's energy from the Universe that is available to all forms of belief systems. I offer Reiki services to my clients by having them comfortably lay down on a massage table, fully clothed. I always ask my clients if light touch is acceptable. If it is not, I will gladly hover my hands within a few inches of the body. I tell new clients who are not familiar with Reiki to think of it as acupuncture but without needles. Healing arts that involve Reiki promote energy balancing. This is what energy healers do. The “healing” part comes from the person who is requesting the healing. I believe that I am promoting energy balancing, as it is actually my clients who are in charge of their own healing process, as I am simply promoting it by channeling Reiki energy. My healing sessions help clear energy blockages within the body, which then empower my clients to heal and sustain good health.
Sound therapy
The cosmic sounds produced from crystal singing bowls helping thousands of people heal and recover from anxiety, stress, fatigue and chronic pain. My high quality healing instruments include a complete set of seven healing crystal singing bowls that have been created with a holistic approach using responsibly sourced Nepali crystal quartz tuned to precisely align each bowl with all seven chakras.
The sound baths that I facilitate using these crystal bowls are aimed at maximizing healing, raising aura vibration, and balancing chakras with mesmerizingly clear and angelic sounds. Balancing your chakras induces relaxation, meditation and stress relief through sound practitioner-led sound energy healing.
